Pan Biscuit
Ingredients required to prepare Pan Biscuits :
All Purpose flour, Cardamom powder, Food color, Ghee, Oil.
Heat Oil in a pan for deep frying.
Take 1/4 kg all purpose flour in a bowl.
Add 3-4 Tbsp heated oil.
Add 3-4 Tbsp Ghee to enhance the taste.
Add sufficient water to make a dough.
Set this dough aside for 10-15 mins.
Divide the dough into equal portions, roughly the size of a ball.
Roll the dough with a rolling pin to make a flat bread.
Make 7 such similar flat breads.
Optional : You can Food color to the dough
To one such flat bread (Chapathi), add 1 tsp ghee on one side.
Spread the Ghee.
Sprinkle All purpose dough.
Place another falt bread (Chapathi) & repeat the above process.
Stack all the 7 flat breads (Chapathi).
Roll these stacked flat breads.
Cut both the ends of this roll.
Make small pieces of this roll.
Dip these pieces in the All purpose flour.
Make small flat breads (Chapathi).
Fry these in hot oil till golden brown.
Sprinkle Sugar powder on these biscuits when hot.
Garnish with Raisins.
