That breech delivery, it was in the night
and then there is no light
so we are trying to help the woman
because she came fully (dialted) at the time we admitted her.
So we are trying to help the woman but there is no light.
We asked the husband to go and bring candle.
Before he came we just light and hold the local lamp like this.
And then the woman when I am trying to pull out the other leg, the left leg I think.
So the right leg because the child lie down just like this, facing one side of her,
so I was drawing the other leg and then this leg that I wanted to pull,
I don't know what my hand did but the woman shout
that "Are you seeing? Are you seeing? Cause you are wounding me inside."
So I just bring out my hand and say "what happened?"
because I did not see any blood.
And the light is not directly with me.
I have to call the husband and let the husband hold the lamp.
And then my partner will just come near me and help me so that we can help the woman.
And then its true that the other candle that we were using,
the wax did not fall down on the baby but on the lap of the woman.
And again she is shouting. So you can see, anything can happen!
If it happens that (the wax fell down) on that baby,
the baby may get burned on the skin.
And if it happen that care is not taken,
we may break the leg of that child because of the darkness.
If there is light, we can see properly.
When there is no light, anything can happen inside the labour room.
