So to do shoulder circles, we simply want to isolate the shoulders, letting the arms
hang completely loose and then in a forward motion we want to take them around up by the
ears, forward and down. Around and down, so this motion is engaging the muscles of the
shoulders and the back of the neck to draw the shoulders in a circle. Now we want this
motion to be smooth, relaxed and fluid. Once we're moving in this way, return to your breath,
deep inhalations, exhalations and allow yourself to relax into the motion.
