Hi, I am Suseela. Welcome to Suseela's Kitchen.
Today, I will show you how to make Goat Curry.
To make Goat Curry, you will need:
2 large onions slices, finely chopped, 1 green chilli, finely chopped,
2 tea spoons chilli powder, 1 tea spoon turmeric powder, salt to taste,
few rosemary, curry leaves.
and coriander, 1 kilo goat meat,
Garam Masala, I showed you in previous video, please check that video.
2 cups of water and 4 table spoons cooking oil for frying.
To make goat curry I am using pressure cooker
4 table spoons cooking oil
Wait until it heats up.
Curry leaves
Fry onions, chillies and curry leaves until lightly brown.
Add the meat.
Stir until lightly cooked.
now, add chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
stir until it mixes well.
now, add water
Put the rosemary leaves.
Garam Masala, you put on top of the meat.
Be careful. Don't mix it, just you have to put on top of the meat.
For pressure cooker you'll need
less water, you don't need 2 cups of water.
1 and a half cup is enough.
Cover the lid.
Simmer it.
Wait until it steams.
You can see the steam. Now, put the weight on.
Simmer to medium heat.
If you cook in a heavy based pot, you can use 2 cups of water.
and then, it takes 30 minutes time to cook.
After put the weight on, cook for 10 minutes on a medium heat.
Now, time to turn off the stove.
Wait for another 10 minutes until cooker cools down before opening the lid.
Now it should be ready. Mix well.
