Welcome to Food and Beverage Management. We will prepare you to manage, and hopefully
own, a restaurant some day. We will cover many important elements of the restaurant
from conception to operation.We wil delve into important areas such as marketing, location,
design, menu planning, equipping the kitchen, food purchasing, budgeting, sanitation, staffing,
and much much more.We will also include a wonderful simulation program called prosim
that will assist you in your final project of a total business plan for your very own
