I receive many questions: what can replace mayonnaise?
Someone afraid to use raw eggs, and someone thinks homemade mayonnaise is very fat.
Today I want to offer you the option of replacing mayonnaise.
This is sour cream sauce.
For this recipe, we need: 7 tbsp of sour cream, 1 tsp of mustard,
1 tbsp of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar,
pepper and salt to taste, 3 tbsp of olive oil.
Begin to cook.
Take a whisking container.
Pour the lemon juice.
Add the mustard.
Add salt to taste.
A little pepper.
3 tbsp of olive oil.
Take a multifunctional mixer.
We put the blade "whisk".
Mix the ingredients in a first speed.
All the mix.
Add the sour cream and mix again.
We got the sour cream sauce.
You can add salt and pepper more - to taste.
Now we can dress a salad with this sauce. I'm adding to Olivier.
Pour and stir.
Sauce is turning light. It can be added in those salads, where mayonnaise is used.
Cook with pleasure and enjoy!
