Hey everybody, this is the Shawn
and Mike Show, once again reporting
from NAR, and we have
a special guest today, Christophe Choo.
Christophe, what's going on with the new normal in Real Estate?
I think it's a such a great question, Shawn, I'm glad you asked me.
The new normal today is all got
multimedia branding. And what
I mean by that is in today's
world, we're still are
bombarded constantly by media, our
cell phones, the Internet, Facebook, Twitter, television.
There are so many things around us.
So we have to be top of mind in all places at all times.
So, what I mean is, on all platforms.
You got to be on social networks:
Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, in
the local newspapers, in the
magazines, in PR, on television if you can, on video.
Put yourself out there in
the world, but it's all going to be about hyper local.
When you talk about the local things, the
lifestyles, the fun, the
wonderful things in your local community.
Talk about what you know, talk
about what you love, talk about
what you do because if
you do that people are
going to be driven to that,
people are going to be want to part
of that lifestyle and want
to come live, and buy in your neighborhood.
So, talk about what you know,
where you are, the hyper local activities of
your specific community and what
you love about where you live and where you sell.
So greetings from San
Francisco, the NAR conference, and I'll see you all soon.
