each morning for my morning ritual
sorry about the really bad moustache at
the moment it's not actually Movember, it's just I'm a lazy *** really
but anyway, so I am going to record this
I am doing this anyway by myself so just bare with me
I'm just going to show you what it is that I take each morning regards to
the capsules, fruit and veg capsules and also
the juice plus complete, ok, so I am going to show you exactly how I prep all of this
pretty simple got my juice plus capsules, I got my fruit blend
got my vegetable blend and I've got the vineyard blend which is the
berries ok. In amongst all of these you've got twenty six different fruit and veg
more than your five a day. Ok, all I do is take two capsules
pour that onto there
two capsules of the fruit blend
and then
two capsules of the vegetable blend and then two capsules of
the vineyard blend. Very dramatic I know
so two of those, one, two. Oh
there's an extra one in there is there? Oh no, two, four, no that's it. Ok
right then what I do is go to my juice plus complete
shake. Got the
chocolate one here. There is also a vanilla flavour
I've actually got a mixed box which I keep in my cupboard. Among with
other interesting things here. And then, I'll show you quickly, here is the box
you get sent out as well for the juice plus capsules
as you get four months worth. You can see three are over there
and then the other three months are here ok. So you get four months worth sent out
you can pay over four month
period all in one go, it's completely up to you. But back to the shake. This is
a plant absed belnd completely natural vegetable
protein blend of
what have we got here. See if you can see that
if you just want to read all that you can, I'm not going to read it to you because I don't want to bore the
pants off of you. And there's

so the ingredients we've got
there you go vegetable proteins, soy tofu, rice, chickpea
OK so it's vegetable protein, no whey protein
a lot of people can't stomach whey protein so this is a lot better on the stomach and is vegetarian
packed full of fiber, packed full of fruit and veg
loads of nutritents, complex carbohydrates
and a good source of protein. So all you need to do for this one
I'm doing this cack handed because i'm actually right handed
you want to get a full scoop, there's about half there
and then
another half and the works out about one full scoop. You can put whatever you want in this
I'm going to put water
a lot of people use milk. You can also use
coconut water or coconut milk should I say
coconut water probably won't be as nice. It's about 400ml
and you're good to go. All I'm going to do it empty them back out
much easier
if you've got someone to do this for you. Filming this that is
and that's it. So got my shake. Got my capsules
and that's exactly what I take every single morning. Like I said plenty of fruit and veg
twenty six different fruit and veg. Great protein source
lots of fiber to keep your body moving to you regular
and so many different nutrients, phytonutrients,
vitmains and minerals you know it's really a great way to start day
and yeah definitely recommend it
