This is our spinach quiche, which is not round if you put it in a whole sheet and cut it
out. It’s based on Brazil nuts and almonds as a base crust, and then celery, leeks, spinach,
and almond cream. It’s really nice and flavorful put together. To make it nice and colorful
again, red bell pepper. Then we add a little bit of salad. A little bit of tomatoes. A
little bit of cucumber, and then we use a garlic dressing. Put a little of beets on
top of it, and again of bell pepper and there is the spinach quiche.
