My name is Bria Kaplan. I'm a customer care specialist with Iron Mountain.
My job requires me to be on the phones with the customers.
I am at a computer, I take orders for them whether it be box supplies or records that they need retrieved or picked up.
Shredding, anything like that. We take those orders for them.
My name's Michael Yaco. I'm a customer service associate.
I work with the customers every day. It's one of the pleasures of working with Iron Mountain
because you get to hear all these different stories from all these different backgrounds
and you do develop these great relationships.
There's absolutely opportunity for advancement.
I moved up, I was promoted within less than a year.
A lot of my coworkers, they start off in the call center.
You get a great basis there and you can pretty much move up anywhere from that point.
I would definitely recommend the Veterans working at Iron Mountain.
I think the family atmosphere is very similar to what they may experience, whether in war or
on a military base. You've got that companionship, you've got people there for you.
I love working for Iron Mountain because it presents a challenge every day.
But even more so, I love working with the people at Iron Mountain.
They're really what makes this job worth it.
It's pretty rare, I think, that you have a job that you don't dread going to in the morning.
And I appreciate that.
I really feel like I'm a part of the family here.
