My name is Dave Greene.
I'm CEO of Willow Bend
Fitness, Plano's premiere fitness facility.
Water hydration is a key
component to everything we do with health and fitness.
Hydration is extremely important
for all aspects of, you
know, when you're working out,
from recovering to fatigue factors.
If you're not hydrated, you're going to be more tired regardless.
Your body's not gonna act
or react like it should.
The less hydrated you are, the
less your body's gonna recover and react to what you do in the club.
I've been drinking ionized water now for
probably the last two and half,
three months and absolutely no negatives.
You know, I feel like I'm
missing something if I don't
have, you know, my level 3 water.
But I feel better.
I haven't gotten sick in months.
I feel like it's doing something
more than just drinking normal water.
I want to do it more.
I drink a lot more water, which we all should.
Because alkaline water is so
hydrating, it helps with recovery,
it helps with fatigue, it helps in general with workouts.
With the water ionizer, there's been no negatives, all positives.
Again, regardless of how
serious the person and who's drinking
the water, whether it's every day
and that's all they drink is
up to level 3 or if
it's just level 2 or level
1 or just the neutral water they know it's clean.
They know it's good for them.
And it's, you know, it's become a big hit.
Depending on what level water you want, press the button, it turns on.
You press the button, it turns off.
It's just like going up to a water fountain and pressing the button.
Any club that cares about hydration should have a Tyent Water Ionizer.
The only thing I don't like about
the ionizer is I don't have two of them.
