In talking to you about Crafting Your Best Life, I'm going to break it down into seven
areas and I call them the seven "Cs." And they are: Conditioned, Consciousness, Clarity,
Control, Choice, Change, Confidence. If you want to be what you want to be in life,
you have to have confidence. If that attitude is negative and you're not happy with who
you are, or you're not happy with your body type, or you're not happy with something,
you'll never reach the end of that. Let's say you have an attitude about something.
Somebody suggests something, and you say, "No." Stop and think "Why did I say no? Why
do I feel that way about this?" "Don't let anybody else guide the way you
live your life and just make your own decisions and since you're in control. To have more
confidence in myself and just do what I feel is best for me in life and everything."
Everything in life is a choice. The way you feel is a choice. If you want to feel differently,
think differently, behave differently. There are a lot of different ways that you can exercise
those choices. Confidence is about believing in yourself.
So, maybe the question starts with, "Why don't I believe in myself now?"
"Real, Hilarious and Relatable." You know, we all think we're great drivers.
I think we think we're great drivers. I'm a wonderful driver!
What do I need to do? What choices do I need to make to believe in myself?
You can change your thoughts, and when you change your thoughts you can change your attitudes,
change your attitudes about yourself, raise your confidence level so that you can succeed
in whatever you want to do, because you believe in yourself.
Life is constantly changing and people are reluctant to change. It is going to happen.
Why not guide it? The more you guide it, the better that change will be for you, because
life is change.
