Hey, I'm Noelle Pikus-Pace, Skeleton Olympian, here with my daughter,
Lacee. We are here to show you a quick and easy mirroring exercise to get you up and
going. So, what we are going to do is stand facing each other, and we are going to mirror
each other. Whatever I do, Lacee is going to follow me; anything to get the blood flowing.
This is one of our favorite things to do together. It's great mom and kid time and, along
with eating right, it's a great way to live a healthy lifestyle.
