Hi guys, this is Eva from Bay Harbour Med Spa. Here is a question, sometimes your questions
touch me because I can so much relate to what you guys go through and some of you, right
there, I feel it in my heart really, sincerely, it comes from the heart and it. The guys who
write these emails they really suffer. But I'm going to read out most of this question,
so pardon me if I'm fidgiting with this, but I'm fidgiting between cameras. So this is
a question by Jason. Am I allergic to my makeup. I give you the story. My skin looks and is
oily, and it has dry patches when I put makeup on it. I use bare minerals which is very good.
I just switched my makeup today. Recently, I've had a lot of stress and I'm breaking
out worse than ever. I have little bumps all around my mouth and parts of my mouth, and
parts of my cheeks and my forehead. I am really insecure and I've been battling acne for three
years now. My acne tends to get very dry and leave patches. I use proactive and it helped
at first and stopped. I switched to Seroper because I heard it works good. That broke
me out even worse. I am looking for a good cleanser. I don't care the price. That will
clear up my skin and not dry it out. I am so insecure. I hate going out in public. I
really need to know what will work for me. Age 18. Female. So I'm going to address you
question. You question actually has about five different subjects in it. So first of
all, what gives me a point to think about is the fact that you say that you are breaking
out all breaking out with a little bumps around your mouth. And parts of your cheeks and forehead.
I don't know how the bumps look. You should have send a picture. You can still send me
a picture. I will look at it. However, if this little bumps are little wide bumps all
around your lips, and around your cheeks. That tells me that you have an allergic reaction
a part from having acne. Just from the description, you have an allergic reaction to whatever
you are using. That's number one. Mineral makeup is wonderful if the mineral makeup
is used correctly and if it's a mineral make up that doesn't have any fillers. I cannot
speak for any company out there because I don't analyze their product. I can only speak
for myself, I know when I make the mineral makeup, I know that I don't put any fillers
in there and I know that my mineral makeup is pure, made out of zinc oxide. There's nothing
else in it. So it can never create an allergic reaction. However, say that I want to point
out something. Perhaps that the mineral makeup that you are using is okay, but you are using
an old brush. Perhaps you are using a brush that is dirty. Perhaps you are using a brush
that you are using day after day. And that brush has germs and bacteria on it. And you
are reinfecting your skin, that's possible too. So that might be a problem also. So it
also tells me that you have used proactive and you have used seraphil and your skin is
dry and you are breaking out and you also said when you are use the makeup. You have
patches of dryness on your skin. So put all this together and you are covering a lot of
issues. The first thing I want to say, there is help. So I want you to hold your head high
up. You are a pretty girl. That you have breakouts and pimples. It's just a temporary thing,
it will not last forever. I will try to do my best to help you but you have to follow
my directives. I would love to see a photograph of your face so that I can analyze and I can
see if this is an infection. So what I would suggest is the first thing that you do is,
ah, send me your photographs. If you don't want me to send you your photographs that's
okay. I would suggest that you stop using everything that you are at home for a very
simple reason. We have to go by process of elimination so we want to eliminate whatever
causes the problem. Throw away all your brushes unless you take them and wash them under soap
with liquid soap and hot water and you wash them, wash them properly. And then, you rinse
them very well, and then you air dry them and then you put them on a window seal on
a clean paper towel and dry them, okay. Or you use sponges or disposable stuff, but never
something dirty. So I would suggest that the first thing that you do, is that you use or
eliminate everything that you have. That's number one. Number two, go to my website and
buy the whole oily acne skin product line. The whole oily acne skin product line. Why
I suggest that you do this is not because I'm trying to sell you something. I'm telling
you this for a very simple reason. Since I don't have you in front of me. If I'm going
to try to help you, then you are allowed to use only what I have and I have to trust you
and you have to trust me. That we are going to work hand in hand. I cannot sell you my
cleanser, and you use something from somebody else, because if there is a problem, I cannot
address it because I don't know what causes the problem, so my suggestion is stop using
everything immediately, everything, everything, everything. Go to my website. You are eighteen
years of age, so I think you are an adult now, and buy the oily acne skin product line.
I will send it to you. I will give you instructions with the product on how to use it. I would
love to see a photograph of your face so that I can analyze what you are describing around
the lips. I would then suggest that you use this and we do it gradually, slowly, slowly,
slowly. And we can most likely progress somewhere. Because you have dry patches because your
skin is dry. Your skin is scaly. Moisturizer cannot go in there. You are using many things.
The mineral makeup helps to dry your skin out in a way when it is not moist it is not
oily, it will look patchy. Everything you are doing, you are trying to do the right
thing but you don't have the right tools. So my suggestion would be to get rid of everything.
Go to my website. Buy my oily acne product line and send me photographs. If you are ashamed
or embarrassed, you don't have to show me your eyes. I don't have to see them. I want
to see the problem. Take a photograph without your eyes. So the lower part so I can see
the breakouts and I can then advise you in addition. And this message is not only for
you, but this message is for everybody out there. Guys! I am not God. I cannot. I absolutely
cannot give you hundred percent information if you don't send me photographs. So send
me photographs and then I will be able to advise you even better, so I hope that I clarified
this and until next time, guys, thank you and I hope I will be able to help you and
ten million others. Bye bye, Eva.
