Alright!, so this step it's actually pretty fun. This is when you get to look online for houses.
Most people do this first because it's fun, it's easy to do. You kinda get to see what's
out there, what's for sale, what you get for your money. A few tips: First off, if the
house has really crappy photos that might be a good opportunity for you. A lot of agents
for whatever reason don't invest in professional photography. I do. But not every agent does.
When they don't, that's gonna turn away some buyers, so if there are really crappy photos
but it's in a good area and set a price that you might be interested in, that something
that might be an opportunity for us to go check out and see for ourselves in person.
Now, as far as which websites you should be looking on, I could care less. You use whatever
website you are comfortable searching on for house. Once you find something that you really
like, that's when all I need you to do is just email me, text me or call me and tell
me what the either the MLS number is or the address. Once you tell me that, we'll set
up a time and we'll go see it in person which leads us to our next step.
