Antioxidants
Every structure that exists in the universe are formed by molecules,
which are composed in turn by atoms.
The atom is the smallest possible unit of a chemical element
we reach its center, we find the nucleus, formed by protons and neutrons.
At the baseline, the amount of electrons in an atom
is the same as the amount of protons contained in the nucleus
which gives it energetic stability.
But when an atom yields electrons or absorbs electrons
it becomes energetically unstable, converting itself into a free radical.
The planet’s origin and existence of life
depend on the presence of oxygen.
Every human being,
microorganisms, to plants, of superior elements such as
human beings and animals,
need oxygen to grow and live.
But atthe same time oxygen is
one of the largest paradoxes of life.
Since it is essential for birth, exsistance, persistance
and life on the planet. Yet it can harm,
and injure living organisms
though a process we call oxidation.
