Hey there guys welcome to Channel Shoosh! And today...
You're invading my privacy!
Hey there guys welcome to Channel Shoosh! And today we'll be taking a look
at the Channel Shoosh set up.
I'm going to turn the camera around and give you guys a quick look at where i work from.
Right over here is where I sleep.
It's a King size bed, very comfortable. You've got this
wolf blanket, followed by a comforter underneath that.
and because I live in Canada, we have a third fuzzy blanket with a white tiger
on it.
Very cool. Very warm. Turning around right here we have a tv where I can
watch movies.
it is streamed straight from my computer, so I can just go ahead and
watch movies.
We have a set of speakers, they are Logitech speakers.
Again, plugged right into the computer with the subwoofer rate over there.
So we can get good quality sound, for good quality movies well laying in bed.
If you look closely in that where you'll see my Nintendo Wii.
The only gaming console that I own. Moving right along, we've got a window.
We've got a chair. This is the green screen setup that I use, clearly
I need practice with it, if you watch the video where I was a
Star Trek officer. Anyway we've got some industrial strength lights, just on the
.floor
My back light is just the lamp light with toilet paper over it.
Another back light.
Here is my tripod which I'm not using right now.
And up here in this big blinding light.
There's three really powerful lights going on, as well as one over there.
So we're pretty well set up for light. This right here guys
is my desk where I do work.
We've got some other lights for recording the
channel Shoosh stuff at the computers. Anyway carrying on.
We've got an iPad 64 bit iPad 2
with WiFi and 3G. We've got a laptop
which is currently on just can't tell yet.
So let's take a quick look at our computers here because - yes
all these computers are real. And if you look at this little one here,
running Windows XP... oh god. How old is this?
Well it is very old. Oh that's bright! I'm sorry!
Let's get a quick look at the stats. Windows XP Pro SP 3
This computer is slow. Running
only on a 2.53 gigahertz a Pentium 4 processor.
It's got 1 gigabyte of RAM.
If we just jump right over here have two internal hard drives totaling
125 gigabytes. So not very powerful at all.
Moving right along we have our Windows7 main computer that we always use.
And I'll just show you some of the stats right there.
I don't know how well that will pick up, but it will probably be good.
It's an HP Pavillion,
model number... something that started at PF I think. It's a
couple years old. Upgraded it has a 2 gigabyte HD
ATI radion graphics card of some type. It is good.
16 gigs RAM, it's quite powerful, quite fast. Never had a problem.
And oh my good! Look at all of these Hard Drives! Between Internal
and External, they total over 7 terabytes!!
Crazyness! And right over here?
Yea... my wonderful bottle doctor pepper because I'm obsessed with doctor pepper...
and this is my laptop screen, I have it routed. It's about 500 gigabyte
internal hard drive, has some decent stats, 8 gigs of ram.
Pretty powerful. And I use all three on a regular basis.
There you go. That's that.
Some fun stuff going on right here. This is my chainmail.
Take a look at it, there is actually 2 chainmails here.
Here we have the chainmail under tunic.
It's full body length and comes about to your knees.
And here we have a chainmail vest.
This can be worn over the tunic, and this is hand made
by my brother-in-law. This is purchased
from my store in the neighboring city called London.
The store is called reliks, you should check them out.
www.reliks.com. They are on of my favorite stores in London.
One of the best things I've bought from Reliks is this nice shiny sword here.
It is tempered and
apparently is battle ready. I've never actually fought someone because...
Well it's metal and could hurt someone.
The blade has been sharpened,
and has been reasonably well maintained. The sword weights
just over two pounds I think. It's a pretty heavy sword.
It's got a nice glow on it so I like it. I'm gonna put this away before I hurt
myself.
Here you have a keyboard and yet another bottle of
doctor pepper in the background. It's not very good, there is no foot pedals on it.
But it is fun to play periodically, other the sound is not the greatest.
Another desk with a couple built in lights. You've got knives,
and swords up on the wall there.
My trench coat and my cloak, and I wear both when I go outside because I'm weird
that way.
Here is the closet door, that door leads to
an extra room.
There you go. You successfully invaded my privacy, hope you enjoyed this tour. I had
a little bit of fun doing it.
Showing off chain mails pretty good, let me know if you guys wanna see me in
the entire chain mail
outfit, with this sword and gun ... gunbelt... what am i thinking of?
Let me know if you want to see me in that chain on the full get up.
With the tunic, the vest.
I've got a sword belt going on. I can even wear the Assassins Creed costume if
thats you guys so choose.
Anyways thank you for watching. If you enjoy this video don't forget to click my face
to subscribe. Until next time guys, take care of yourself,
and each other.
Oh my GOD! IT'S SO HEAVY!
