The last piece of advice is that, "It's going to work out...you just don't know how yet."
When I was young, I just wanted to be a cartoonist, that's all I wanted. That's all I wanted!
And eventually, I was a cartoonist. But what I'm doing now is very different. Very different!
And I love my job. But when I was 22 years old, I could never imagine that I'd have a
job like this and I would love it. And at this point in your journey, when you're in
college, and you're thinking about life beyond college, it can get kind of tense...a lot
of weight on you. You want the answers. Give yourself the luxury of understanding that
you don't know how it's going to work out but that it will. And what you have to do
is be engaged, and open, and aware of the opportunties around you. Everything might
not present itself right away. But it's going to work out...just don't know how yet.
