Hi I'm Gellan Watt, I am managing Director and Chief Creative Officer for the Emerge
Group, we are one on the UK's largest independent communications marketing advertising groups.
Our search for a new telephone system started when we recently moved offices. We moved three
locations into one in Bournemouth. We went through the typical search process. We talked
to the likes of BT etc. We liked 4Com from day one, it was as though
they absolutely understood our business.
The difference with 4Com is they told us how to get more out of our phone systems.
Better technology, product activity and effectiveness.
And in fact they started talking about the word profit.
Talking about getting more profit out of our technology. Which is something we haven't
really considered or focused on before.
We have seen huge efficiency since we started working with 4Com.
We have saved money on our telephone bill, on our mobile bill. We have reduced our cost
of third party call answering.
Essentially right across the board they have saved us money, they said that they would.
We have a state of the art system, it's incredible.
They handled everything from installation all the way to the support and for three days
they camped in our office to ensure the systems were working absolutely perfectly.
I don't give praise away cheaply. 4com have been absolutely brilliant. We are a communications
business ourselves, they completely understood us from the beginning. We have a system called
4Report which gives us daily updates on all our call reporting which is incredibly useful
and we can see where the savings are being made straight away.
Their technology 4Sight allows us to make phone calls directly from our computers which
means we are never out of touch which is incredible.
Plus their systems hunts my mobile even if I'm not in the office.
I have got to be honest phone systems that weren't something that kept me awake at night.
I never really saw it as a business critical thing. But going though this process and finding
4Com has given us an opportunity to change the way we do things.
I never thought I would say this about a phone system but my only major regret in the process
is that we didn't start this sooner.
It has saved us a lot of money and made us a lot more productive.
