Today my chefs are going to show you how to

Bangladeshi naga pickles, some mint sauce

The chef's just added some green pepper red pepper...
some onions and some more gravy
...and as you can see these are all fresh vegetables
especially with the bullet chillis
They give it that chilli flavour yet they're not so hot
Put in some fresh chopped coriander
That looks fab
The chef's gonna show you how to cook a King Prawn Rawshun from start
vegetable oil, low-cholesterol
and some pure ghee, no salt, some fresh garlic

Onions, red pepper, green pepper...
Excellent
It's more like stir frying at the beginning
Onion... and in goes the king prawn with shells on
This dish we cook with the shell on so you get the full flavour of king prawn
Some salt, some mixed powder

with red purple and green pepper as you can see we try and use the
minimum
oil and ghee and we use the pure ghee
which has no salt. OK

he's going to add some mincemeat
he's adding some bay leaf, some cinnamon
some star seed with some
Green kardamon, coriander. Cook that for a while
let's check on the tandoori

the head chef is asking the tandoori chef if the tandoori chicken is ready
one more minute to go... the tandoori is almost done
he's going to cut that into two pieces
okay and that's going to be added
in the mincemeat
OK
that's going to be cooked for another four minutes while other's being
cooked with the mincemeat that's your tandoori chicken in the mincemeat
the chef is cutting some more coriander to go in it
you have the fresh
green bay leafs, tomato...
kardamon, some star seed
these are your very important
ingredients in your lamb or chicken dishes
some more freshly chopped coriander goes on
you have to make sure your tandoori chicken is cooked
properly and the mince so the chef's going to check the temperature
we're looking anything about 90 celsius

you can see these are all fresh fish so you have to be very careful

what's in the marinade?
