Now that you've explored your feet a little bit, now we're going to talk about hands and
arms. Sometimes we focus so *** what the hoop is doing, that our hands are doing something
kind of strange. Go ahead and take a deep inhale. Exhale. Just relax your shoulders.
Take the hands out to the side. Nice. How about some other things that we can do with
the hands. We can bring the hands into prayer position at our heart center. We can take
the hands behind the head. We can do all kinds of things. You can move your hands from side
to side. Have fun with it. Get creative. Maybe invent some of your own hand movements now.
