Hi, my name is Paul, I'm here at Kingston to
study Computing and Mathematics. I'm in my
final year now, so I have been here for four years.
University in general is just a fantasic experience
not just for the academic side but also for the
personal benefits. The academic side you get to build
on knowledge you already know and something
you have a real keen interest in.
For your personal benefits as well you learn
so much outside of University life.
You learn how to take care of yourself,
how to do your laundry, how to cook for yourself.
You make some fantastic friends as well.
It's really worthwhile going, if not just to
study a subject you really enjoy, but to
build upon your personal self as well.
My top tip for applying to University would be to
have a look around. Take all the time you
can to go to Open days and speak to current students
because that is the best way to get a
good ideal of what University you like.
