Alright, so you've been using now Ankh Rah red algae?

I have. What did you experience with your red algae?
To be honest with you I only took it for a month, I had a month's supply. I believe I
was taking it once, once a day and I've seen a marked improvement.
What was the problem you was having? The problem I was having was knee, knee pains.
Whenever I climbed the stairs or walked downstairs, as well as creaky knees...
Aha. ....the knees were also...there was pain with
it. Right.
So it was suggested that I try the red algae which I did. And, as I've said before, I only
took it for a month and after perhaps -- I don't know -- two weeks (I was monitoring
myself of course), after two weeks or so I noticed the pain was diminishing.
OK. And I must say also as well as the taking
the read algae, I was also doing exercise. Yes, that's that's...
On on that particular area as well, you know... That's important.
...like going to the gym and doing sort of bending exercise. And within three weeks the
pain had diminished... Ah right.

And I mean now there's really no pain as such. Ok what would you say to somebody who's thinking
of using this product you know who's in the situation you was in? What would you say to
them? I would encourage anyone that has the you
know joint problems, I would encourage them to try the red algae. I've tried it, I've
had success with it and I would suggest that you know people go out and give it a try,
see for themselves. They'll be pleasantly surprised. Excellent
As well as...also I must, I must admit as
well as the...taking the red algae, of course you have to have a good diet.
Naturally. Because it all contributes....
OK. ....where I would say, I mean I've been on
a good diet for a number of years now. So I would say yes, coupled with a good diet,
the red algae try it. OK.
I'm pretty sure you'd be pleasantly surprised.
