Removing 3d printed parts can be a little !@%*# hard sometimes,
There is another way that doesn't envolve tape, glue, or hair spray.
Ninja plate is strong and flexible karate chopping printing surface. It bends without
breaking and straights back out to a flat plate.
Great for printing on PLA and ABS, It can handle a heated surface up to 70 degrees Celsius.
Ninja plate is designed to be attached to your build platform. You can machine the surface
to fit a custom build plate.
It's safe to use solvents and acetone won't damage the surface.
these 3d printed clips keep the plate attached, just make sure they don't get in the way of
the extruder.
This plate is a 4.5mm thick double layed fiberglass laminate sandwiched into an acrylic subrate
.
This spacer part mounts onto the printer to adjust the y-axis to compensate for the thickness
of the ninja plate.
Adjust your platform by live leveling the build plate with a test print.
