Good Morning! How are you doing today, with your weight
loss? Did you lose weight today?
I have to be honest... I temporarily gained four tenths of a pound.
Now I am not worried about this. You say, "Well, Why not Kimberly?"
Because my body fluctuates. My body specifically fluctuates according
to how much salt I've had, when I ate my last meal, a
and let's be honest... When I pooped. I, last night, had a snack. I had one of those
Skinny Cows. Mmmmm They're good!
And I ate that before bed. And so I had kind of a late meal.
Now I counted the calories. I was within the calories that I wanted to
spend, in calories, for the day. And so that was alright.
The reason that I weigh daily... Is because I understand how quickly my body
reacts. And you will come to understand how quickly
your body reacts too. That's why I think you should weight daily!
Some of the experts seem to not want you to do that.
They think that you get depressed when you see the scale go up.
But I don't! For example: Let's say my zig zag day is on
Thursday and I have a weigh in on Friday. Well that's just not going to work is it?
I might be very depressed and go off my diet. What if... I have .,...
Let's see... Chips!
Chips are often salty. Let's say that I had chips last night for
dinner. In 'my body' because I have come to know my
body and how it reacts, I will have an instant
water weight gain. Now i was talking to some friends of mine,
my sisters, and they don't react to salt that way.
It is because I track my weight and what I have eaten that I recognize this.
So I am NOT depressed when I am four tenths of a pound gain from yesterday.
Because I know... This is why I did it. That is why I encourage you to track your
weight daily your food and your water intake.
Also track your exercise. I went walking yesterday. For me
because I haven't been walking as much as I used to I could feel it!
I have a slight amount of water retention because my muscles are a little bit sore.
That's alright. I'm going to go walking, again, today.
And each day I walk a little further I know that YOU can do this!

Remember that water is different than soda pop
juice or anything else...
milk. And you can read up on what different people
think about those drinks. But drink enough water.
You want to drink at least 64 ounces of water. That is a standard size container of Apple
Juice. If you want to visualize that.
I usually keep my drinks beside me at the computer.
I am going to sub-consciously sip all through the day.
It is much easier to drink that way. Okay?
