Try to limit your caffeine to about 300 MG a day which is about 3 cups of regular coffee.
You see coffee has a lot of antioxidants in it as well as green tea, black tea, red tea,
oolong tea. You see caffeine’s also in certain foods like chocolate and it’s often found
in soft drinks and of the very popular energy drinks. Caffeine’s not bad in fact many
research studies suggest there’s some benefits to caffeine that’s if the source is a good
one. Now caffeine can also make someone nervous and jittery you know that uncomfortable feeling.
So stay conscious at the amount of caffeine that you’re consuming and always remember
to stay healthy.
