yahoo, bing , any other of the search engine. I just gonna say google to make it easier
so I don't have to keep repeating them, also changing work on the same kind of co-fundamental
principals, so if we got Google happy then the other ones will come after themselves.
Because in Australia google has as over 70% market share of people who uses Google as
their primary search engine. It's about 70 more like 80% of the hands go up. It's that
what they use. So that's why we're gonna focus on Google. Cause we get that right then most
of them, you know, most of the traffic is gonna be covered. Now there's 2 parts to Google.
We have this part here which is free organic listing of Google. So anybody can get there,
but it does take a little bit of time and knowledge in order to know how to get to the
first page. And also you got list this part here which is down the side and sometimes
at the top, and you can see a little headlines there, and that headlines is a sponsored link.
So people anyone can get there if you willing to pay. Now when Google first started you
could put ads there and if someone click on your ads, it would be 10 cents, 15 cents,
20 cents, to get someone to click to go to your website. But now it's time to become
more and more competitive, which makes become more and more expensive. So you have to pay
more to get into this premium spot on the first page. Now in some cases now what used
to be 10, 20 cents a click is now 3, 4, 5 dollars per click. And in other campaign or
industries that's competitive like real estate or insurance it's 15 dollars or more just
to get somebody to click on your website. Not to get them to do anything just to get
them to click ok.. 800 dollars per click? I've never heard that before, that's pretty
crazy. Ok.. but even that 15 right, you gotta understand this that for most people once
they arrive at your website many people that has just a number at the bottom call this
number, you know most of the traffic 90 percent of the traffic disappearing. Ok, let you say
they had a really awesome website ok that was convenient 10%. How much are they spending
just to get a name and email address, just to get a lead. 150 dollars just to get a lead,
is that make sense. So I'm not against pay traffic, I do some pay traffic but if it's
your only source of traffic, it's gonna become more and more expensive in the future. So
I think you should have a combination of paid and free traffic, but I wanna spend most of
my time now talking about how to generate free traffic. Because what I want you to do
is to use free traffic to optimize your website and then work out what you're able to pay
for a click and then if it's cheaper than one a month than you pay for the advertising.
But don't do right now because most of you will be throwing money away because your website
is not optimized correctly yet. So we're gonna use free traffic to get our website performing
well workout with every customers worth then work out with every leads worth, then work
out with every prospective worth and then we come up with the dollar amount and then
we can spend anything less than we're advertising, just a tool of making money. Cause you can
make like if it's here, if you got a good website and you spend one dollar and you get
back three how long would you keep doing that. Forever? So how many time did you need dollar
to make it back free, every second and every single day. But the problem is that most people
are giving 3 dollars and they're getting one dollar back. Because Google makes literally
billions and billions of dollars from basically people I don't know what they're doing. And
so you don't want to basically lose money, you wanna make money. Alright.. so what I'm
gonna talking about ia how to get free traffic, how to get into here. Now this process the
technical term is called search engine optimization or SEO. And there's a lot of myth out there
about SEO, a lot of crap information out there, there's a lot of fads that might work for
a week or a month but then they stop working because Google get smart aps. So I'm not gonna
tell you any fads so I'm gonna give you the actual co-fundamentals of how to get into
the first page. Now why the first page. Ok .. well most people these days don't go to
the second page. So Google says around about, I think now about less than 6 percent of people
when they search for something whenever they go down the bottom and go to the second page.
And probably about 2 or 3 percent that go to the page number 3 and even hardly almost
like point zero something percent that go to page 4, 5 and 6. Now we used to be persistent.
I remember when the internet first came out we look for 10 pages to find what we're looking
for. Now what we do if we can't find what we're looking for in the first page before
we're trolling to the other pages, so what would we do we're typing another search, and
we try to get more specific and then we see what's on the front page. So we have search
engine optimization, if you're not in the first page you're getting a tiny amount of
traffic compare to all the traffic you can get if you on the first page. So I'm gonna
show you how you can get onto the first page and what I also talk about how you can go
onto the first page for as many search term as possible, ok cause many people does have
one door way of how people can find their website in this narrow. I'm gonna show you
how you can have hundreds of door ways. And so you can get a lot more traffic to your
website for free. Ok.. now when Google books to the website, they don't see what you and
I see. Google is a software, it's like a spider that basically comes and scan websites. And
you need to understand this because otherwise another stuffs that I want to teach you later
won't make sense. So this is a website here, now if you wanna see what Google sees you
can go view and then view source and this is actually what Google sees when they learn
on my website. They don't see what we see. Do you understand?.. Ok.. now what Google
does they scan all about code and then they got information from that code that determines
where they're gonna rank this particular website. Now Google doesn't publish the things that
they look for because people sorts of start to screw up with the system but they say that
is over a hundred different things that they look for when they're scanning websites. So
I'm gonna tell you the top kind of 7 to 10 things. And if you get most of this right
then you'll be doing more than 95 maybe 97 percent of all the other websites that out
there. So I'm gonna give you the fundamentals to be able to get right.. Hi I’m Dale Beaumont,
