Hi! It's Jennifer again. We are making a very berry smoothie today. Delicious and easy.
It's a great snack. So, let's grab our blenders. Ok. First thing we're going to do is add milk.
It's always a good idea to add some milk rather than juice so that you're not getting as much
sugar, and you're getting some protein in there. Then, we're really going to get our
protein in there by adding some yogurt. If you want flavored yogurt - this happens to
be plain - but, whatever you like the best. It works. Sometimes I use strawberry. I'm
a fan. Ok. So, we're going to pour that in there. Alright. Now, our snack is almost ready.
We have some lovely berries, and actually, I'm using forzen. So we don't have to add
any ice or anything. It's done. It's looking good. Ok. Let's cover that up. Let's add a
dash of vanilla. That's always nice. You don't have to, but it adds a little more flavor.
There we go. So, now, let's blend for about 30 seconds to a minute, and we should be all
set. Well, that was that. How easy is that? Now we have a wonderful snack that has protein
and fruit. It's nice and cold, especially with the summer coming. That looks good. Delicious!
Cheers! Enjoy!
