I'm gonna show you how to reset the V-chip on Toshiba televisions.
If your parents set up parental controls, and you want to watch a blocked show,
then, if you want to risk getting in trouble, then here's how you reset it.
First, I'm gonna set the V-chip just to show you
how it resets it... Okay I'll...
I'll enter in the PIN code 1-2-3-4. It says "BLOCKING RESET" because I did that
recently. Set ENABLE BLOCKING: ON,
SET RATING... I'll just block stuff.
See? See that?
Okay, and now...I go into... Now you exit...
I can exit the menu. And now, what I do, is then I...
On the TV itself, I turn the volume all the way down to 0
and continue holding down the volume control. Now...
...here, I'll try and balance the camera on my knee here...
Actually, I...let's see... Yeah; I'll use my knee...
And then I...I hold down the 0 key on the remote.
Hold down the 0 key on the remote, as... ...while I'm still holding down the volume
control with the volume set to 0.
The menu will appear, with the OPTIONS tab selected, with...
and V-CHIP selected there. 'Kay...the menu exited.
But...once that appears you can reset both the volume control
and the 0 key. Select V-CHIP, and it will say "BLOCKING RESET".
And now it'll allow me to enter in a new PIN. So there you go;
that's how you reset the V-chip. Okay, and...
Have fun watching all the inappropriate programming that you've been wanting to watch.
Goodbye!
