Well good morning We�re here with David Huff of Boger Homes and David is the supervisor manager of this particular project that we�re at here in Odessa, Fl and David you guys have done a wonderful job with this place it looks really nice It�s coming together� but tell us a little something about this home and the work that you've done, it looks like you guys have put some really special finishing touches their house special items that you don't normally see in homes Yeah, yeah it�s a custom home so uh From the circular stairs to the wood work upstairs The chandelier hanging off, uh the crown molding around the steps and ceiling see all those up in there The fireplace, it�s a little different than sheetrock in that it�s all wood and tapered both ways, And a level fine finish that means no knock down on the ceiling and this gives a nice cleaner look How long did it take to get to this point Everybody�s taking care of the finishing touches. Well it�s absolutely beautiful. Thank you very much!
