I am Ivan Madar and I am here on behalf of Expert Village. Contractors are an excellent
way of obviously (outside contractors)... sometimes you have to have them for special
services, such as telephone, computer services if you don't have one on staff. What I find
extremely effective running the clubs is within the community, find a trade. Not only because
it is cost effective (when you are trading services or memberships with outside contractors);
they also respond a lot faster. I have had trades with electricians and plumbers. When
something broke and that person could fix it, they would leave the job and come in because
the health club is important, they are members and they will use it. They want to protect
their trade. It is a valid asset to them. I would look for trades in those circumstances
because they are beneficial from almost any angle you look at it.
