the choice of a EZ curl bar is a matter of confort
we need to have a wide enought grip, same line as shoulders
you need to go all the way in your movement
without having to rest your arms totally at the bottom
and in two-timed pace while holding it than when lifting it
the trick is to keep always in mind that your elbows
must remain in the same position
and move towards yourself your wrist when biceps are
totally contracted.
the most common mistakes I usually see is to get aided by
others muscles rather than your biceps
being helped by your back or by moving your shoulders
out their inicial position
i ve even seen people doing calves so they can lift their weights
