I keep in touch with my past clients primarily through a newsletter that I've been writing
since about 2006. It goes out to approximately 3000 people at this point. And there are various
topics throughout the newsletter from what's currently on the market to renovating a home
to how to live a bit more green in your current home and there's also Q&A's for perhaps first
time homebuyers. It really sort of covers a lot of basis for different types of people
in different points of the process in which they might be looking to purchase a home,
sell a home or even rent perhaps. And so that has been a great source to forward to my current
clients but also for my current clients to forward on to potential new clients in the
future as well.
