Almost 15 years later, many are still sick from 9/11-related illnesses.
People like first responders, volunteers, and clean-up workers.
And those who lived, worked, or went to school around the WTC site.
People like John Feal
Hi I'm John Feal, president and founder of the FealGood foundation.
I'm also a 911 responder. I was there. Were you?
What are you doing?
I was doing a video for NIOSH, for the outreach. To get 911 responders
Oh, you're trying to get outreach to get people to do it. Who's the spokesperson,
cause you're going need someone likable you're going to need someone people will listen to
so so who's gonna do it was going to do it
You're, were you the one who was doing it
Who better to speak about the World Trade Center Health Program than a member?
John Feal's asthma and GERD are under control and he no longer wakes up with nightmares.
He is on the path to recovery...
...and spreading the word about the program to help others.
As a matter of fact, you know, I lived in lower Manhattan. I was there, I should probably sign up.
You should.
Do you have information, do you have a sheet, do you have a anything?
