Hello, my name is Zephyr Clarke-Dolberg, from Miami Dog Training. In this clip we're going
to talk about, how to exercise your dog. Walking is always a great form of exercise, good for
you, great for them. And swimming, swimming is another great form of exercise, great for
us too. And sometimes what I like to do, is hop on the bicycle, and really let them get
a good run on, and that allows me to maintain my position as leader, in front of them, while
we exercise, and constantly keep that respect that I've gained from the dog. So exercising
them actually also keeps them from getting into board behaviors, where they're chewing
and digging and that sort of thing. Typically with dogs, when you do start exercising, you'll
find, that just like us, after about a week of exercise, you may want to increase the
amount of exercise that you're giving them, because their bodies are going to get use
to it, and it's going to do less for them. So try to keep your exercise strong, and your
dog strong. This Zephyr Clark-Dolberg, and this has been, how to exercise your dog.
