Hi everybody, Lauren Taylor here at the Baker's Corner on behalf of Expert Village. Thank
you for joining me again today. If you've ever been to the Baker's Corner with me before
then you've probably noticed I make a lot of sweets, a lot of desserts. A couple of
reasons for that, I guess one is because this is the Baker's Corner so we bake a lot and
most things you bake, well, many things that you bake are desserts. Lots of cakes and cookies
and pies to be made. But also because I just love dessert. I just love sweets. I think
every tooth in my mouth is a sweet tooth and so I just tend to gravitate towards making
sweet things for people. But today, I want to make you something sweet and something
as a dessert and something that's really going to hit that craving for you. But you're not
going to feel guilty this time. I know, you actually can feel pretty good about the ingredients
that are in this coconut almond fudge we'll be making today. I know, sounds indulgent.
But this is something I want you to be able to enjoy and to really hit that sweet craving
without feeling guilty. And actually have ingredients in it that are actually good for
you believe it or not. Let's get started.
