Hey guys! How are you? Today I’m here with Fifi. She’s the best dog in the world. She’s
our dog, and she’s been our dog for about 18 years. Fifi’s really old, she’s sleeping
now. but I wanted to introduce you to her and let you know that she’s a great dog,
and I love her very much. Today I want to talk about reasons why we should all at least
try the raw, vegan diet. You know, I usually don't like to touch on the subject of veganese
and animal rights because it's very painful to me and I'm glad that other people can do
that, but I prefer to focus on health and inspire people to change their diets and improve
their health, and at the same time, do good to the environment and our animal friends.
I want to share with you 3 reasons why you should try the raw vegan diet or eat a mostly
raw vegan diet.
The first reason is a raw vegan diet can help us to have a health balance and increase energy
levels. When I got to the raw vegan diet, I found so much balance to my health. I improved
my health in tremendous ways. For those of you who don't know, I used to have fibromyalgia,
arthritis, and very, very strong joint pains that I had to go to the doctor twice a month,
sometimes, to get shots for the pain. It was very difficult. I wasn't able to exercise
much. It was very difficult. The only thing that got me from that lifestyle to the lifestyle
that I have today, where I'm healthy, I'm vibrant, I have energy, I practice exercise,
I dance, and I love life, was the raw food diet. Going on the raw vegan diet really improved
my health in tremendous ways. It also helped me to regenerate my body. I used to have an
"old lady's" body at twenty-something years old. Now, I feel much younger than I was before.
I feel great. I've been improving my health every day. My level of energy has also increased.
I can practice exercise, I can work, I can do the things I need to, and that's because
of the raw vegan diet.
The second reason why you should try it and go on the raw vegan diet is mental clarity.
Some physicians, naturopaths, say that our intestines is our second brain, so when you
have a dirty intestine because of the diet you have with gluten and meat, those things
take a long time to leave your body because they are just very sticky. Milk, for example,
is very hard to digest. They stick to your intestine and they just stay there, polluting
your system. When our intestine is dirty like that, we have a hard time concentrating; our
immune system is slow and it's just hard to achieve mental clarity. When you don't have
mental clarity, you have negative thoughts and you have a mental fog. It's just hard
to concentrate in your work and concentrate in your activities. Once you start to detox
through the raw vegan diet, there is something that happens to you: you start to experience
mental clarity. Concentration is easier, and it's like a miracle! You start to have positive
vibes inside of you. You have positive thoughts, and it just happens. It's natural. Life is
more colorful, the sun is brighter, every sensory experience is more intense and that's
because of the raw vegan diet. A lot of people experience these effects and I'm sure if you
try the raw vegan diet, you'll probably experience that too.
The third reason to try the raw vegan diet is the feeling of connection and harmony.
So, I brought Fifi today to introduce her to you. She's sleeping now, but she's here.
She's been a great inspiration for me to try and be a vegan. I love her from the bottom
of my heart. She's a great friend, she's a great pet, and I love her so much. I love
her like I love any animal, because she shows me how animals have the strong desire to live
and live in groups and participate in a community, and have their tribes and have their costumes.
I don't want to be the reason why an animal is unnecessarily tortured inside the food
industry. If you don't know the reality of the animal food industry, I suggest that you
research. There is a lot of material on the internet that you can research. They show
footage and documents that are a great representation, a very true representation, of the reality
inside the food industry: how animals are mistreated, how they are tortured, and that's
very unnecessary. I love my dog and I love all animals the same way, and I don't want
to be a reason for that. By becoming a vegan, I feel much more in harmony with the principles
that are inside my heart: no violence, no torture to any living thing. I feel more connected
to nature, I feel more connected to the earth and to all animals, and to life, and to the
universe. For me, that's a great thing. I don't want to change this feeling for nothing.
I truly believe the raw vegan diet contributes a lot for this feeling of connection that
is also spiritual, and this connection to Mother Earth, and animals, and the people
around you.
If you have a heart for animals and you don't know how to go from there, I suggest you try
to take on the raw vegan diet for a few days. We don't have to go 100% raw. We don't have
to push ourselves to the limit that we are still not ready to go to. All you have to
do is introduce more fruits and vegetables, and nuts and seeds into your diet, and go
little by little, making changes every day.
That's all for today. Fifi and I say "goodbye" and we hope you'll have a great week. Thanks
for watching, and I'll see you on my next video!
