Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make white bean soup with
hamhocks and cornbread. It's been about 20 minutes. We want to check on our cornbread.
It should be about ready now. Yes, it is nice and golden brown. Just go ahead and grab that
and put it on your board. Look at those nice of green in there from the chilies. So I have
this out. Here I have a flexible pan so I don't want to use a hard knife on this one;
you can if you're using a metal pan. But I'm going to go ahead and use this. I'm going
to show you how tender this is anyway. Go along the edge like this and just kind of
push it through. I'll show you on this side too going across like this. See how that just
goes right in so it's very very tender cornbread.
