Alright we have our sour dough bread and how this is so much more healthy. Why is it more

is that it's actually better for digestion and when you have good digestion what do you
have? Healthy body, better nutrient absorption. You actually absorb the nutrients in here,
so much better. And additionally it's just the fact they leavened and naturally leavened
and actually has risen on it's own. It actually has more nutrients that are even available
to you to absorb even better. But the problem is that when you buy normal yeast or bread,
even if it is whole grain bread, it actually has a problem with giving you yeast problems,
Candida overgrowth in the body, yeast overgrowth in the body. Woman probably know about that
