Welcome to the instructional video for the Burley Travoy. This video will cover the basic
installation and operation of the Travoy. One of the unique features of the Travoy is
that it hitches to the seatpost of your bike instead of the rear wheelhub. The hitch installs
quickly and easily with a 5mm hex wrench. Select a height on your seatpost that will
allow the top bar of the Travoy to ride level, then screw the hitch into place facing the
rear of the bike. The Travoy will now snap into place.
To fold the Travoy, twist the black grips to lock and unlock the main joints.
To
fold the kickstand, press down the button on top, and then fold.
To fold the bottom panel, pull the cord located on the bottom.
The wheels will lock in and out of place by using the Push button in the middle.
To attach Burley bags to the Travoy, lock them into place using the swivel snaps.
If you would like to attach a 3rd party bag or other large objects, you can use the Universal
Bag Clips or Tie Down Strap Kit, which are available separately.
To attach the rainfly position it at the top of the Travoy with the zipper facing outward.
Use the Velcro straps to secure the rainfly into place. When it is needed unroll the rainfly
and secure it to the frame using the bungy cords.
Be sure to dry your rainfly properly before storage to prevent mold, as you would with
any other equipment.
