Hi, here is the recipe of the focaccia with olives
this is a Provencal bread very easy to make
and delicious with a salad
crumble half a package of fresh baker's yeast
or you can use 2 packets of dry yeast
we will need 300 grams of warm water
I diluted the yeast with a small portion of the water
add 500 g of flour
then 8-10 g of salt
a teaspoon of sugar
2 tbsp of olive oil
Finally the rest of the warm water
mix by hand or robot
cover with clingfilm
and let the dough rise for about 2 hours
the dough allows to make two large focaccia
place half of the dough on a floured surface
spread a little to place the olives
you need thirty olives
cut into small pieces
add them to the dough
form the foccacia
spread thinly
take short cuts
with a knife or pizza cutter
Place the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper
well spread the cuts so they do not close up during the rising
let rise again for an hour
you have to gild now
dilute egg yolk with a little water
brush all focaccia
add grated cheese
except if you don't like it
it's hot but I'm still show you what it looks like
