It's really easy and we've already made it to this step. We've added our hat and balloons
tied down to a balloon weight. And our next step is we want to decorate this, kind of
cover up some of the ribbons that have been crinkled. And we don't want the holes to be
visible. So what I'm going to use is some tissue paper. And I've already gone with kind
of a pink and black and silver theme so I've got this tissue paper that I'm just going
to open up right here. There's ten sheets. This is only a dollar for ten sheets so as
soon as you get it unfolded, you're just going to want to grab one of the sheets. You can
just leave those other ones folded. And so you've got your big sheet like this and so
just grab the very center of it, kind of flip it around and maybe just twist the center
so it's kind of like poofing out everywhere and then stick that right into the hole. Just
pull the balloons off to the side. Stick it right down in there and we've got our first
step and we're just going to keep adding tissue paper until it looks full and colorful.
