Restaurant Marketing - Elements of a Good Strategy
Here's a good question. What are the elements of a good strategy? Well, when you think about
it, there are really only a few things that you're going to do to try and grow your business.
In fact, the three that come to mind for me are if you want to grow any business, restaurant
or not, I have to get more customers. So I've got to increase the number of customers that
I am going after. The second would be if I've got customers, how do I get them to come back
more frequently, so I increase the frequency of visits, and the third would be when they
are here, how can I get them to spend more money? How can I maybe increase the ticket,
get them to eat dessert when perhaps they are not inclined or whatever. If I can offer
them more things, perhaps I have my famous barbeque sauce for sale on the way out the
door. These are all parts of a strategy of increasing the purse sales ticket, so if you
want to focus on three main areas, I would suggest that you, highly suggest that you
focus on getting more customers, getting those customers to come back more frequently, and
when they are visiting you, they are spending more money. So those are kind of core elements.
Then the question will become how do you implement those types of things? Then you are looking
at the tools that will help you actually make those strategies happen. How do I actually
make them happen? So good luck with those. Hey, if you liked this video, there are over
