Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now we are going to go through the ingredients for
the corn muffins. We'll need for that a cup and a quarter of flour, three quarter cups
of corn meal, a quarter cup of sugar, four teaspoons baking power, three quarter teaspoon
salt, an egg, one egg, a cup of water, which you can substitute with milk if you prefer,
one third cup of oil, I'm going to use a teaspoon of vanilla extract. We'll need two bowls,
one for the dry ingredients, one for the wet ones. A tablespoon to mix, we'll need later
on gel, which you can pick up with whatever flavor you like, a cupcake pan, a muffin pan
and cupcake holders or if you don't want to use cupcake holders or you don't have them
you can just oil, grease the pan and make it straight inside the muffin holes here.
