Hi my name is Karl James, owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Texas and
on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole pork chop recipe. We've got our
chops now in the skillet and we're going to brown them on both sides. I have to use 2
skillets cause I got 8 chops here, because my partner eats a lot. But anyways, so we're
just going to brown the chops on both sides which will take a few minutes to get that
those brown. Over in this skillet we got the 2 thicker chops over here with a couple of
the smaller cuts, just turn those over, turn those over, we'll work in skillet number one
over here. Now let's go over to skillet number two, we'll turn those chops over, we're getting
a nice brown color on that chop side of the bottom side. We want the same thing on the
opposite side, anyway we're going to basically, we're just browning them until it gets its
color on them, because we're going to continue to cook them even longer once we add our liquid
to it and then we start layering in our roasted vegetables as well as our garlic and onion,
green onion tops and then parsley. So we'll just let these continue to brown and I'll
see you back at the next step.
