What are the differences between a property manager and a real estate manager?
A property manager, in the old classic sense, is an individual that's focused on a specific
building, from curb to curb, from roof to ceiling.
A real estate manager is a much more dynamic person and gets not only involved in the particular
property, but also the community that it's located in. They involve themselves with local
politics, zoning, and they know what their neighbors are doing, what the brokers in the
community are advising.
And that way, by going with a real estate manager, as opposed to a property manager,
you're going to get the most valuable information for where the property is located and be able
to make informed decisions.
