I feel like my pregnancy is killing me I'm throwing up all the time, swollen, tired and
depressed.
If you are throwing up all the time, you'll feel exhausted just due to dehydration. Try
determining your triggers and then avoiding them.
That was easy to figure out when going grocery shopping. I have to hold my breath while racing
past the meat section.
You might want to try ginger ale, ginger capsules or a Sea Band.
Drinking ginger ale just means it tastes hot and spicy after I throw up.
Maybe your doctor needs to give you anti-nausea medicine.
It won't stay down.
You could get a shot or use a suppository. Get the nausea under control, and you should
feel a lot better.
I think it is more than nausea.
Pregnant women need more iron due to the pregnancy, a problem made worse due to the meat aversions.
The solution would be nuts or leafy green vegetables rich in iron.
I already hate spinach. It could only taste worse coming back up.
Talk to your doctor about getting an iron shot. Once your stomach settles down, start
iron supplements.
What do I do about the depression?
Hormonal fluctuations during pregnancy are normal, while being worried or anxious is
instinctive. What you need is support.
Which I don't have.
That would make anyone blue. Can you move in with family or get the baby's Daddy more
involved?
He isn't going to be involved.
Get an attorney and sue him for child support. That'll ease some of your stress over being
able to afford the kid.
I'm not sure I want to go that far.
Or talk to an attorney about putting the kid up for adoption, if you don't want to raise
a child alone.
I'd rather sue his pants off.
If he balks at his responsibilities, remind him that he did have to take them off a few
months ago to land in this position.
