Hi I'm Karl James of Creosoul Catering and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to show
you a tangy sticky chicken wing recipe. Now let's move on to mixing our flour, we're using
about a cup of flour for these group of wings that we're doing so we're add our flour and
then we're going to mix in the same seasoning that we used to season our chicken, we're
going to put in our flour mixture because cooking in flavors its about layers. We got
our flour and seasonings in there we kind of mix that around, you can use a fork, I
like to use a whisk, for me it's easier to make sure I've gotten that seasoning mixed
throughout the flour. It'll help the chicken taste good on all sides, anyway there's our
flour mixture with our seasoning and we're going to move on to our next step.
