Hi. I am Johnny, welcome back to my Food First series. In this episode, I am going to show
you a cracking omelet that is perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
[music] Pan has just gone on. This is how quick and
easy they are. I am going to spice it up obviously, because I want to make it a little bit different.
I have got a little bit of thyme in there, and we are going to go in with three eggs.
This is the easiest, quickest, delicious little snack or main meal. Magic ingredient, salt
and pepper. Whisk.
Hopefully that thyme will infuse. It is a new layer of flavor. We have got the bacon.
We have got the mozzarella. We have got green beans. So you know the drill. Little bit of
oil. Throw in my butter. We let it foam. We whisk, and I am going to go in. This is when
we need to start moving quickly. We turn, roll it around the sides.
Constantly turning. We have got a bit of bacon, line the middle of it. This is beautiful for
breakfast, beautiful. Green beans, just blanched and chilled. Mozzarella.
Obviously this is entirely taste, entirely personal. But for the basic ingredients, make
sure you check the description box. I want to make sure you get every bit of flavor that
I have got here. So I have got this. We are basically there, people. It is not even that
far away. Get yourself a plate. Clean up your work surface. We are going to get it, and
we are going to turn. When you get to that stage, we are going to turn it out onto the
plate. It is literally simple and easy. It is not overcooked. It is lovely and brown.
Get yourself a little bit of salad.
You can throw in some peppers. You can throw in a little bit of green beans, tuna maybe.
It would be stunning. That is a very simple, delicious, light breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Hope you enjoy it, and I hope to see you back next time.
