If you, or anyone who loves caviar, are a connoisseur or wants a first class introduction to caviar,
this is the place! They have a Dégustation Menu called the Caviar
Feast Dinner and offer regular tastings. They even have a caviar brunch, caviar tartine
and a special kids menu with pizza and Mac 'n' Cheese topped with caviar. You must try the Caviar
Martini Cocktail and the Hibiscus Champagne Cocktail.
Started in the twenties by two Armenian brothers, Melkoum and Mouchegh
Petrossian, they have four other prestigious locations beside LA: New York City, Paris, Las Vegas and Sao Paulo in Brazil.
The dining room is chic, clean and elegant. The service is efficient.
In addition to caviar, they offer such interesting items as smoked salmon and Foie Gras (but not anymore in California),
Jerusalem Artichoke Soup and the unique Foie Gras Ice Cream. The food is delicious. Besides the regular
menu, they have a Happy Hour menu. A round of applause for the newly assigned Chef Giselle
Wellman!
There is also a good wine list selection with French, California and New Zealand wines.
They also serve a very good Grappa liquor. And The best place in LA to get your caviar
